Bendy is meant to be a small weekly anchor. A room of max 15 familiar faces, an hour of stretching, and the kind of quiet progress that makes you feel more at home in your body.

Bendy offers small-group flexibility and mobility classes in Vancouver, structured as 4-week programs so there's real progression built in, not just showing up and hoping for the best. Classes are hands-on, intentionally small, and designed for people who want to feel capable in their bodies long term.

Hi, I'm Sasha, the founder of Bendy.
I've spent over 10 years working in marketing, events, and project management in Vancouver - most of that time building and running programs for other people. Starting Bendy in 2024 was the first time I built something of my own.
The idea came from a personal place. After re-injuring my knee in 2019, I had to step back from high-impact training and start taking mobility and stability seriously. When I went looking for a class that felt structured and challenging but not aggressive, I couldn't really find it. Most options were either very intense or very passive, with not much in between. Around the same time, I visited a stretching studio while traveling and couldn't believe nothing like it existed in Vancouver.
So I decided to build what I needed.
Bendy tends to attract people who already know they should be stretching and lubricating their joints, but haven't found the right structure to make it stick. If that's you, you're in the right place.
