This is the one for people who sit at a desk all day and can feel it. Mobility + Posture 360 is a 60-minute full-body class focused on relieving back and neck tension, opening up tight hips and shoulders, and building strength inside flexibility. You'll leave feeling less stiff, standing taller, and moving with more ease. If you know you should be stretching but struggle to stay consistent, this gives you the structure to finally make it stick.

BENDY SPLITS

Splits might feel like a weird goal, but it's a fun one. And the process of getting there builds real hip mobility, leg flexibility, and full-body strength along the way. Bendy Splits is a 60-minute class with a structured, guided approach to front and middle splits, whether that's your end goal or just a tangible thing to work toward. Most people see measurable progress within the first 4 weeks.

If you want to start moving now, Bendy School is 7 guided stretching and mobility videos you can do at home. It's $33, one-time, and built to be done as a 7-day challenge so you actually follow through.

What yOu get in every Bendy class

Bendy classes are capped at 15 people, so instructors can actually walk around, adjust your form, and help you get deeper into each stretch safely. Every program runs for 4 weeks, which is long enough to see real progress but short enough to commit to without overthinking it. We provide all the equipment. One thing we do differently: across each program, you'll have multiple instructors. Different teaching styles, different backgrounds, different approaches. It keeps classes fresh and means you're learning the Bendy format, not just one person's version of it.

Drop-in classes: If you want to try Bendy before signing up for a program, drop-ins are available at $38/class when spots are open. Programs are the path to real progress, but a single class is a perfectly reasonable way to start.

Meet your instructors

    ELENA

    Elena has been in the movement space since she was 5 years old. Starting out as a ballroom dancer, now she practices and teaches frame up and pole dancing along with stretching. Elena believes that the best way to know your true self is through body practices. For her, stretching and dance is about filling yourself with energy and love, healing through movement, surrounding yourself with a like-minded community.

    What to expect in Elena’s class? Unique stretch sequence rooted in Elena’s dance background. Be ready for a challenge!

    VICKY

    Vicky was born and raised in Hong Kong. After graduating from business school, she began working in an office with long working hours and felt the need to find a movement practice that would help her live a more balanced life. She started practicing yoga regularly and obtained her yoga teacher certification shortly after. Now Vicky also holds a mat pilates certification and is studying Traditional Chinese Acupuncture. Vicky especially loves working with beginners and showing them their potential.

    Alona’s fitness journey began at 3 years old in ballet. She obtained her Masters of Choreography in Ukraine and went on to teach ballet at the the Royal Ballet Academy in China. Since then, Alona has also acquired Yoga and Barre teaching certifications. She loves combining elements from these disciplines when it comes to stretching and is always creative in her instruction.

    What to expect in Alona’s class? A good warm-up and a deep and dynamic stretching routine ending with relaxation - rooted in Alona’s dance and yoga background.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • 60 minutes, full body. We start with a warm-up, then move through a mix of dynamic and static stretches that work on flexibility, strength, and balance. You'll feel it the next day in the best way.

  • Just yourself, water, and something warm to put on after class to keep your muscles warm. We provide mats and all the equipment you'll need. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • Fitted athletic clothing (leggings, shorts, a top you can move in). Nothing too loose, since we do a lot of folding and stretching.

  • That's a huge part of who Bendy is built for. Instructors offer modifications based on your flexibility and comfort, and the small group size means you get hands-on guidance throughout. You don't need to be bendy to start.

  • 4-week programs are the main way we run classes and the format that gets people actual progress. Drop-ins are available through the booking page, but if you want the structure and the best value, programs are the path.

  • Programs are non-refundable. If you need to miss one class, we offer one complimentary reschedule with 24+ hours notice via email to bendyclass.ca@gmail.com. Drop-ins are non-refundable and can’t be rescheduled. Full T&C here.
