BENDY SCHOOL
Most people know they should be stretching more. The hard part is actually doing it in those in-between moments, when no class is scheduled and no one is waiting for you.

what’s inside
Bendy School is a set of 7 guided stretching and mobility videos, 13-18 minutes each. They are designed to keep your body moving between classes, help you stay consistent when life gets busy, or give you a low-pressure way to try Bendy before committing to a program.
Strong Back & Better Posture
Build back and core strength while opening up your shoulders and improving posture. A good one if you spend most of your day sitting and feel it in your neck, shoulders, and upper back.
Morning Wake-Up Stretch & Mobility
A head-to-toe mobility flow to shake off stiffness and get your body moving. Gentle enough to do before coffee, effective enough to actually feel the difference.
Chest Opening Flow
Open your chest, stretch your arms and shoulders, and build some strength in the areas that tend to collapse forward. A good reset for anyone spending a lot of time at a desk or on their phone.
Splits Prep Flow
Targeted hip and leg mobility work toward both front and middle splits. Whether splits are your main goal or just something you're curious about, this gives you a structured place to start.
Full Body Strength & Stretch
A well-rounded session covering mobility, strength, and stretch from head to toe. Reach for this one when you want a complete reset but don't know where to start.
Hip Mobility Boost
Tight hips from sitting, training, or just daily life. This one targets hip openers and mobility to help you move with more ease and less restriction.
Evening Release for Deep Rest
A slow, intentional flow to decompress after a full day on your feet or at your desk. Helps calm your nervous system and prepare your body for rest.
One purchase. Yours to keep. Use the videos whenever, in whatever order works for you.
