Bendy is structured mobility training. Think small groups of 15 people max, 60-minute classes, and an instructor who actually walks around and helps you adjust. Our classes run as 4-week programs, so you're building on something week to week instead of showing up and hoping for the best. You'll work on flexibility, posture, hip mobility, and splits, depending on the program.
Most of us don't struggle with stretching because we lack motivation. We struggle because we don't have structure. Bendy gives you the structure, so stretching becomes something you actually do, not just something you feel guilty about skipping.
