What to expect

Each class is 60 minutes, small group (max 15), and hands-on. You'll work through a warm-up followed by dynamic and static stretching that builds flexibility, mobility, and strength. All equipment is provided. All levels welcome. Instructors give individual adjustments throughout, so no two people leave doing the same thing. All necessary equipment is provided by Bendy. Hands-on instruction is a part of every Bendy class.
