What to expect

Bendy classes are a 60 minute full-body stretching workout suitable for all levels. We begin with a 10 minute warm-up followed by 50 minutes of dynamic and static stretches that work on developing muscle elasticity and strength as well as breathing and balance.

All necessary equipment is provided by Bendy. Hands-on instruction is a part of every Bendy class.
