4-week stretching and mobility programs in Vancouver

How it works
Each program runs for 4 weeks, with 1 class per week (4 classes total). We run two programs at the same time, so you can choose one or join both. Groups are capped at 15, so your instructor can actually walk around and help you adjust. All equipment is provided. You just bring yourself and something warm for after class.
Programs build on each other week to week, so you're progressing, not just showing up and hoping for the best. Most people see noticeable change within the first 4 weeks.

MOBILITY + POSTURE 360
Built for people who sit at a desk all day and feel it. This 4-week program focuses on relieving back and neck tension, opening up tight hips and shoulders, and building strength inside flexibility.
bendy splits
A fun, tangible goal with real mobility gains along the way. This 4-week program takes a structured, guided approach to front and middle splits, whether splits are your end goal or just a tangible thing to work toward.

Programs usually run on a rolling 4-week cycle. Check the Upcoming Programs section above for the next start date.

Programs work best when you start from week 1 because they build progressively, and with only 4 classes in each program, joining mid-cycle means missing too much. If you want to try Bendy before the next program starts, a drop-in class is a better fit. You can book one through our schedule page.

Programs are non-refundable, but we'll work with you on rescheduling one class complimentary where we can. Email bendyclass.ca@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Most Bendy programs include people at all flexibility levels. Instructors offer modifications based on where your body is today, and the small group size means you'll get hands-on guidance.
