Our signature progressive splits programs are 4-6 weeks of targeted training in a small and supportive group!

4 week front splits - $152
📍Downtown Vancouver - 1125 Howe St
Thursdays, July 10 - 31, 6:30-7:30pm with Alona and Elena
This split involves one leg extended forward and the other leg extended backward, with your pelvis facing forward. We work on both: right and left split. Exercises primarily target hamstrings, hip flexors and back, but any Bendy class is a full-body workout!
By purchasing this program, you're committing to 4 classes. If you miss a class, one time transfer to a drop-in class is allowed.
6 week middle splits - $228
📍North Burnaby - 4534 Hastings St
Tuesdays, July 22 - August 26, 7-8pm with Elena and Vicky
This split involves both legs extended to the side, creating a "V" shape with your body. Focus on stretches in the inner thighs (adductors), hips, and groin areas, but any Bendy class is a full-body workout. This split is what we call “useful for daily life”, especially if you sit all day!
By purchasing this program, you're committing to 6 classes. If you miss a class, one time transfer to a drop-in class is allowed.
