DOWNTOWN
4 week FRONT splits - $152
📍Downtown Vancouver - 1020 Mainland St
Taught by Elena
This split involves one leg extended forward and the other leg extended backward, with your pelvis facing forward. We work on both: right and left split. Exercises primarily target your hips and legs (hamstrings, hip flexors, quads), but any Bendy class is a full-body workout!
