Bendy's six-week program was perfect for this, guiding us through not only what to do but also explaining why each exercise is beneficial and how to modify for our own bodies to get the best - and safest - stretch. After the class, my back felt stretched and light, as if I had let go of all the built-up tension. The exercises were comfortable yet effective, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing.     I joined the middle split program in March, not really knowing what to expect and just hoping to feel a bit more flexible. About 3 weeks in, I was amazed to realize I was already halfway to my middle split! My hips felt more open and I could feel myself progress after each week.

    What I really loved was how well the classes were put together. There was a great mix of mobility work, active engagement, and passive stretching. It never felt repetitive or boring.

    All the instructors and students were fantastic. Each brought their own unique approach and together created such a positive atmosphere. I also loved how inclusive the space felt whether someone was just starting or already super bendy, everyone felt supported.

    I found this program is more than just splits. You’ll feel stronger, more mobile, and part of an awesome community.

    I took the Healthy Back stretching class yesterday and absolutely loved it! The instructor was knowledgeable, encouraging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable, regardless of experience or flexibility level. The class focused on gentle but effective stretches to release tension in the lower back and hips—exactly what I needed after a week of sitting too much. I left feeling noticeably lighter, more mobile, and super relaxed. Highly recommend if you’re looking to improve posture, ease back pain, or just treat your body to some TLC!

Thanksgiving Reset: Script & Stretch

Join us for a 3-hour reset that blends creativity, wellness, and community.

​We’ll start with a 1-hour calligraphy workshop led by Aica Calligraphy. You’ll explore Thanksgiving-themed lettering and create a piece to take home. All supplies will be provided for you. No experience necessary, just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

​After sitting in creative flow, we’ll shift into the body with a 50-minute guided stretching class by Bendy. A treat for the whole body, Bendy’s stretching has you in mind always and offers hands-on assistance, if you choose. Expect a gentle but effective session designed to release tension from sitting, open your shoulders and back, and leave you feeling lighter, stronger, and more grounded.
