Our signature splits class now blends front and middle splits into one well-rounded, lower-body session. Over four weeks, you’ll build mobility, strength, and flexibility for every part of your splits journey. Each one-hour class is small, hands-on, and tailored to your body, so you’ll leave feeling longer, stronger, and closer to both splits.
